Lamburghinis
These fine, little burgers have been featured in many posts originating from Wyoming. Typically, these are prepared as small burgers for rapid, ultralight ascents. The mediterranean flavors make for a delicious change-of-pace from store-bought burgers.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground lamb (Morgan Valley, preferred)
- 1 bulb (6 humungous cloves) garlic (KGB, preferred), finely minced and browned in olive oil
- 1 palm full dried oregano leaves, hand-puverized
- 1/3 cup fine-chopped Kalamata olives
- 1/3-1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Procedure:
Mix all ingredients and form into patties and fry. Use pan grease to toast the buns.
