Hikers

Whether it's by train, car, bike, tram, or even hiking, someone has to get the cheeseburgers to the summit. Our quest is to eat a Cheeseburger on every summit on earth – not completed by any one person – but rather through the collective effort of hikers around the world. If every visitor to the web site would just eat a few burgers on a few peaks, from the top of Mt. Everest to the smallest bump, this enormous and important task might be completed in our lifetimes.

Planes, Trains, and Automobiles .... and Trams, etc.

Sure, it's logical to expect a hiker to hike, or climb, to a summit. After all, hikers hike, don't they? But for the purposes of Summit Cheeseburger it doesn't matter how the summit is achieved. So drive up, ride up, fly up, or even hike up to a summit.

Do You Like Cheeseburgers?

OK, we know the answer to that one. But consider how much more you'll enjoy that cheeseburger on a summit, with scenic vistas on all sides. And if you've had to hike for hours, or even days, to get there ... well, even a cold burger might taste good.
